Healthy Cook-Up with Dr. Soski: Episode 6 - Using Up What’s In The Fridge!

Today will be a true invitation into my cooking world: Making something out of the random ingredients you need to use up in your fridge! After taking a look at what I have (see list below), we’re going to make an Asian Stir-fry! What do you have in your fridge that needs to be used up? Feel free to improvise with this one today!

What’s in my fridge:

  • Carrot

  • Cabbage

  • Bok choy

  • Celery

  • Onion

  • Broccoli

  • Garlic

  • Tempeh

  • Ramen/Pad Thai noodles

  • Edamame

  • Coconut oil

For Sauce:

  • Soy sauce

  • Coconut aminos

  • Miso

  • Lime

  • Maple syrup

  • Orange zest

  • Ginger

  • Sesame seeds
